KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven and calor gas hob, fridge/freezer, electric rotisserie and kitchen utensils.

LOUNGE
The lounge is attractively furnished with settees, sideboard, coffee table, digital satellite television and wood-burning stove. French doors lead to the dining room/sunroom.

DINING ROOM/SUNROOM
Furnished with a table and six chairs, this room has a large picture window looking down across the valley to the sea. A door leads to a covered 'naja’ equipped with cane furniture.

BEDROOM 1 WITH ENSUITE BATHROOM
Comprises a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The ensuite bathroom has a bath, separate shower, toilet and washbasin; it also contains an automatic washing machine.

BEDROOM 2
Consists of two single beds, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

BEDROOM 3
Comprises one single bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

BATHROOM (adjacent to Bedrooms 2 and 3)
The bathroom has a bath/shower, toilet and washbasin.

GENERAL INFORMATION
All beds have interior sprung mattresses. Electric fans are provided for summer use; duvets and electric blankets are available for winter tenancies. Bed linen is provided and changed weekly.

Please note that bath and beach towels are NOT provided.

All sun terraces are equipped with patio furniture or sun loungers.
