Casa Los Pajaros is situated at Club Moraira , less than two kilometres from the Spanish Coast, and is the holiday home of Ian and Marilyn Parrott.

Set in a quiet avenue location on the hillside, it commands magnificent views of the sea and the mountains. The three terraces attract the sun from dawn until dusk. The roman-style swimming pool (approximately 8m x 4m) is fully enclosed and surrounded by a sun terrace; there is also a built-in barbecue.

Additional features include digital satellite television, washing machine and a wood-burning stove which is ideal for winter tenancies.

The villa is equipped to accommodate six people. A cot and a highchair are also available on request.
